Home ASHA Help Groups in OHIO Petals Pages

Welcome to HPV Talk. Ohio Friends has created this page for those with HPV.

There are many "facts" online about HPV but much of it is confusing because it often contradicts what most doctors believe about this virus. Ohio Friends accepts one source for information about HPV.

ASHA, the American Social Health Association. ASHA has the most accurate and consistent information about HPV and we urge you to visit their web site to read more about this virus.

If you are newly diagnosed, you probably have many questions.  Your questions and concerns can best be addressed at an ASHA HELP group meeting. Ohio has four ASHA endorsed  HELP GROUPS These meetings are strictly confidential.

ASHA HELP groups are established to encourage people as they accept living with the virus and offer suggestions to help them move on with their lives.

Cleveland HELP and Ohio Support (Columbus, Ohio) are both  HPV and Herpes HELP Groups.

Ohio has four herpes HELP groups and two HPV help group. Ohio's HELP Groups are certified by the American Social Health Association to distribute informational literature and provide support for members of the H community. HELP groups generally meet once a month, and may feature discussion circles, speakers, and an opportunity to make contact with other members of the H community.
